BaeBlu's return policy does NOT apply to samples or final sale items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. In order to receive a full product refund please ship your item(s) back to the BaeBlu distribution center. BaeBlu does not provide return shipping labels.
Helpful Hints: Pack your item(s) securely in the original product packaging. We suggest using USPS flat rate shipping for their tracking feature. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, BaeBlu cannot issue a refund. You can find information on flat rate shipping HERE.
Final Sale Items
All sample items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for a refund. In the event of an unauthorized return, BaeBlu reserves the right to discard the item without issuing a refund. Any other Final Sale Items will be noted on the product page when making a purchase.
BaeBlu requires items to be returned within 30 days of original receipt. Returns received in our distribution center after 30 days are considered stale returns. Stale returns are subject to being rejected and discarded or returned to the sender without issuing a refund.
If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us at email@example.com. You may reorder the correct color before your item is sent back to us. Your refund will be processed when we receive your original item back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Damaged items do not need to be returned. In order to be credited for a defective item, it must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. Please contact our Customer Happiness Team and send a picture of your damaged item(s). We will issue you a refund and you can repurchase the item if desired.
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package.
We do not issue store credit in the form of gift cards.
Reserved Rights Regarding Returns
BaeBlu reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of abuse
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, BaeBlu reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-BaeBlu items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
