Do you offer a guarantee?
Heck yes, babe. We know shopping online can be a challenge. We've got your back. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from BaeBlu, you may return the unused portion for a full refund (less shipping fees). Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start the return process please fill out this form and include it in your return to us.
How do I shade match for foundation and concealer?
We recommend checking out this blog post first to help you determine your undertones. We can also help! You can send us a picture of yourself without makeup in diffused natural lighting and we can help you narrow down a shade. "WHAT?! You want a bare faced picture?" No worries babe! We promise we never share your photo anywhere on the internet, or with anyone else. We are an all female staff too, so WE understand. Simply face a window, snap a picture, and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do your foundations have SPF?
Kind of. We do use ingredients like non-nano Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide in our foundations, but these are used to change the pigment of the formula. We do not use these ingredients in high enough quantities to be considered a sunscreen. We recommend using an additional SPF for added protection underneath your foundation.
What ingredients are used in BaeBlu products?

Why do you use Phenoxyethanol in some of your products?
The short version- it all comes down to smell. Phenoxyethanol does not have a scent to it and it is a very effective preservative. Our 100% natural products use a blend of Thyme, Oregano, and Olive Leaf oils as natural preservatives. This blend alone leaves an off-putting smell, so we decided to add a natural Vanilla scent to our products to cover it up. Many of our customers LOVE this smell, but some do not. We wanted to create a line of products that was virtually scent-free for these customers while still being much healthier than your average drug store brand. How do I change/update my order?
Check you order status. If it is still pending, you may be able to reach us and we can cancel your order. We will then issue you a full refund so that you may order all desired products. Please call us ASAP at 480-360-5505. We appreciate your understanding.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and then again when your package has shipped. For more up to date status updates, check your tracking number which can be found when logging into your account or in your shipping confirmation email.
I haven’t received my package. What should I do?
Check the tracking by clicking here. Most orders are shipped via USPS, so you can use the tracking number that was sent in your order confirmation email to locate your package. You can also track your package via USPS by clicking here. If that doesn’t work, email us and we will track it down for you.
How do I exchange/ return my product?
We are unable to accommodate standard exchanges. If you would like a different color, please see our Return Policy.
I'm Vegan. How can I shop for all of your Vegan products?
BaeBlu is primarily a vegan company, however we do have some products that contain beeswax and are therefore considered vegetarian. You can find all of our 100% vegan products by clicking our Vegan Collection.
I have Celiac Disease. How can I shop for all of your Gluten-Free products?
BaeBlu is also a predominately Gluten-Free company, but few of our products do include gluten containing ingredients. You can find all of our 100% GF products by clicking our Gluten-Free Collection. *Note- our GF products do not contain ingredients with gluten, however they are not manufactured in a certified GF facility. All of the facilities that manufacture our products are certified by the FDA and use Good Manufacturing Practices to minimize any possible cross contamination. If you have a severe allergy we recommend testing the product on a small area of your body to ensure you do not have any reactions. If you do have a reaction please let us know by emailing us.
I have extremely sensitive skin. Truly, I'm sensitive to almost everything. Will your products work for me?
We have many customers who come to us with severe sensitive and use our products with much success. Of course, everyone is different. While we cannot guarantee that our products will work for you, we CAN guarantee that if they do NOT work, you can return them in 30 days, with no questions asked.
