Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from BaeBlu, you may return the unused portion for a full refund (less shipping fees). Returns must be returned within 30 days of the ship date received. Customers are responsible for return shipping. To start the return process please contact info@baeblu.com.

Do you offer exchanges?

Because we can't ensure our #BaeBluBabes will be issued the color/shade they desire by the time their returned items come back to us, we are unable to accommodate exchanges. You may return your item as noted above and reorder in a different color/shade.

How do I change/update my order?

We start fulfilling your order as soon as it is placed so that we can get your products to you in the shortest amount of time. For that reason, we are unable to modify or amend orders after they are placed. If applicable, orders in pending status may be cancelled and refunded so that the customer may re-purchase all desired products. We appreciate your understanding.

What ingredients are used in BaeBlu products?

General information on the types of ingredients we use and don't use can be found on our Ingredients and Banned Chemicals page. Specific product ingredients can be found at the bottom of each product page. 

I haven’t received my package. What should I do?

Products are shipped via USPS so you can use the tracking number that was sent in your order confirmation email to locate your package. If that doesn’t work, email us at info@baeblu.com and we will track it down for you.

 How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email when you place your order, and then again when your package has shipped. For more up to date status updates, check your tracking number which can be found when logging into your account or in your shipping confirmation email.
