You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout and another email when your package ships. Your shipping confirmation will include tracking information so you can follow your order along the way.

We begin processing orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. If you need help, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to catch the order before it ships.

Start by checking the tracking information in your shipping confirmation. If your package is delayed, lost, stolen, or marked delivered but can’t be located, your next steps will depend on whether shipping protection was added at checkout.

We strongly recommend adding shipping protection to every order. Protected packages are eligible for faster assistance with qualifying shipping issues. If shipping protection is declined, BaeBlu is not responsible for the package after it has been accepted by the carrier.

Instead of an exchange, we’ll issue a refund for your eligible return so you can place a new order for your preferred product or shade.

After purchasing through baeblu.com, you may receive an email inviting you to share an honest written or photo review. To earn points, submit your review through the verified link in that email. Photo reviews earn more points than written reviews.

No. We value honest feedback. Rewards are based on submitting an eligible verified-purchase review, not on the rating or opinion you share.

Membership is completely free. Visit our Rewards Program page and log in to your BaeBlu account or create a new one to join. You must have an account to earn and redeem points.

You earn one point for every dollar spent. One hundred points equals $5 off a future purchase—the equivalent of earning 5% back in BaeBlu rewards.

No. Point earning is unlimited, and your points do not expire.

Sign in to your account and open the Rewards button at the bottom left of the site. From there, you can redeem your points and apply the resulting coupon code at checkout.

Once you’re logged in, you can view your points balance on the Rewards Program page or your My Account page. Points from eligible purchases and actions appear automatically in your account.

Some BaeBlu complexion formulas contain mineral ingredients such as titanium dioxide or zinc oxide for their role in pigment, opacity, or the formula itself.

Unless a finished product has been specifically tested and labeled with an SPF value, it should not be relied upon as sunscreen.

Many of our heritage formulas are 100% natural or exceptionally high in natural-origin ingredients, but not every BaeBlu formula is 100% natural. Some products include thoughtfully selected modern cosmetic ingredients that meet our standards and serve a meaningful purpose within the complete formula.

Many BaeBlu makeup formulas contain exceptionally high percentages of certified organic ingredients, while others contain less. Applicable natural- and organic-origin percentages and certifications are identified on each product page.

Most BaeBlu makeup is vegan. A small number of formulas contain ingredients such as beeswax and are considered vegetarian rather than vegan.

Vegan or vegetarian status is identified on the individual product page.

Many BaeBlu products are formulated without gluten-containing ingredients, but not every formula is necessarily produced in a certified gluten-free facility.

If you have a serious allergy or medical concern, review the complete ingredient list and speak with your healthcare professional when appropriate.

Some formulas contain natural fragrance compositions created from botanical aromatic substances and essential oils, while others are fragrance-free.

When fragrance is present, it is clearly disclosed so you can choose the formula that best suits your skin and preferences.

No skincare formula can be guaranteed to suit every individual. If your skin is highly reactive, review the complete ingredient list, introduce one new product at a time, and pay attention to how your skin responds.

We formulate without artificial dyes and synthetic colorants, silicones, parabens, phthalates, synthetic fragrance, intentionally added PFAS, formaldehyde and formaldehyde-releasing preservatives, and genetically modified ingredients.

Yes, when they earn their place.

Synthetic does not automatically mean harmful, just as natural does not automatically mean gentle. We evaluate each ingredient based on its intended cosmetic use, available safety information, purpose, concentration, and contribution to the complete formula.

No. Natural ingredients can be extraordinary, but natural origin alone does not determine whether an ingredient will suit every person. Essential oils, botanical extracts, and other potent natural ingredients may work beautifully for one person while causing sensitivity for another.

Preservation serves an important safety function. Water-containing cosmetic formulas need an appropriate preservation system to help protect them from microbial contamination throughout normal use.

A poorly preserved product is not a cleaner product.

Phenoxyethanol is used at approximately 0.5% in select BaeBlu formulas to help protect them from unwanted microbial growth. Some of our highly natural formulas use botanical preservation systems containing potent oils such as oregano, thyme, lavender, olive, and occasionally cinnamon. While these ingredients work beautifully for many customers, they may not suit every person’s skin. In select formulas, phenoxyethanol allows us to create a stable, well-preserved product that can be comfortable for a wider range of people.

No. BaeBlu color cosmetics are created with mineral pigments rather than artificial dyes or synthetic colorants.

No. BaeBlu formulas are silicone-free. We use other emollients, powders, waxes, and texture-supporting ingredients to create glide, blendability, softness, and elegant wear.

Our makeup is made in the United States, with the exception of our cosmetic pencils, which are produced in China. BaeBlu Skin formulas are manufactured in the European Union. We work with manufacturing partners that meet our standards for quality and responsible production.

Yes. We do not test our products on animals, and cruelty-free beauty will always be a non-negotiable part of BaeBlu.
