HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers' tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.

Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.

If you are shipping to Australia, tracking is offered through the carrier you select: DHL, UPS, or USPS. Kindly note that tracking will not update through USPS after it leaves the United States.

The conversion rate depends on your issuing credit card company used for the transaction. Please see our THIS currency converter to change currency on the site. The site will default US Dollars on the checkout page.

It usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. BaeBlu is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item.
To report or return a damaged item, please see the next paragraph.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?

Please take a photo of the item and email it to our Customer Care team with a description of the damage. Upon inspection of the photo you will be advised to print and fill out the return form and return it along with the damaged item. If you need a copy of the returns form, please click HERE.

Once we receive your package, we will issue you a refund in the amount of your damaged item plus your shipping costs so you can repurchase the item if desired. Return shipping will also be refunded up to a maximum of $10.00 USD. In order to receive credit for your returned shipping costs, you must include a copy of the receipt in your shipment.
Helpful hint: We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for those that get lost in transit.
