We have been notified by our delivery providers that packages are being scanned less due to the volume of packages and a limited amount of postal workers. Once your package leaves our warehouse, the shipping speed is up to our delivery service and number of days listed is not guaranteed. The final delivery is made by USPS unless another carrier is chosen. Your understanding is appreciated!

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our distribution center, you will receive another email with shipping information. Please note that the shipping confirmation email does not necessarily mean that the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL) has picked up your package from our distribution center. Please use the appropriate carriers' tracking features to determine when your package has been picked up and is in transit.
Please allow 24-48 hours from the time you place your order for it's status to update.
If you are shipping internationally, tracking is offered through the carrier you select: DHL, UPS, or USPS. Rates through USPS are the cheapest, however, tracking will not update through USPS after it leaves the United States. We are not responsible for packages shipped via USPS.

It usually takes 7-14 business days to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. BaeBlu is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

*BaeBlu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact USPS Customer Care to handle such cases, as they are responsible for your items as soon as they leave our facility.
There are certain holidays each year that may impact shipping + delivery times. Black Friday, Cyber Monday and the month of December are extra busy times for us and for the couriers we use.
While we wish we could ensure delivery to you by specific deadlines, we are not able to guarantee delivery by any date. This is because of a number of factors outside of our control.
We recommend ordering as early as possible to ensure timely delivery of your items before your event(s).
